Consultation Terms of Service

1. What a consultation is

Each consultation is a 60 minutes, 1-on-1 advisory session with Xcelerate leadership, delivered over video. It is strategy and recommendations — not done-for-you implementation, and not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

The specific scope shown on the booking page for the topic you select describes what is and isn't included. Please read it before paying.

2. Payment & pricing

Consultations are $1,000 USD per session, charged at checkout via Stripe. Your booking time slot is reserved only after payment is received.

By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and that you accept these terms.

3. Refund policy — all sales are final

All sales are final — consultations are non-refundable.

Because each session reserves dedicated, limited senior time and preparation, fees are non-refundable once payment is made — including for no-shows. If you are unhappy with your session, contact us and we will do our best to make it right, but a refund is not guaranteed.

4. Rescheduling & cancellations

Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice via your calendar invite.

Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are treated as a delivered session and are non-refundable. You may reschedule using the link in your calendar invite.

5. Delivery

Tailored notes and next steps delivered within 48 hours of the call.

After your call you'll receive written notes and recommended next steps. The session itself is considered delivered once it has taken place (or once a no-show / late cancellation occurs).
